Delivery time depends on the day the seller ships your product. Each seller has a strict deadline for sending the sold products within 4 working days. Subsequently, the post office will process and deliver your shipment within 2 working days.

The shipping price is DPD €5 and DHL €5 per product from one seller.

Payments are made through the payment gateway on the VIP LUXURY market place. The main options for paying for the product are: payment card up to €4,000 and online payment by bank transfer up to €10,000. We also offer secondary payments such as Google Pay, Gopay account, Bitcoin, Premium SMS.

CAUTION! Payments for products are not received by the sellers of the given products, but by the administrator, who pays the sellers after a successfully completed transaction between the seller and the customer.

If the customer does not receive the purchased product, the amount for the completed transaction is returned to the buyer after a thorough investigation of the problem by our department, which is specialized in solving such very rare cases.
