DELIVERY TIME & SHIPPING COSTS
The delivery time depends on the day the seller dispatches your item. Each seller is strictly required to ship sold items in accordance with the platform’s General Terms and Conditions. The courier service will then process and deliver your shipment.
Shipping costs are calculated individually.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
Payments are processed through the payment gateway on the VIPLUXURY marketplace. The main available payment methods include: credit/debit card, online bank transfer, TatraPay+, GoPay account, Quatro, and TatraPay+ installments.
IMPORTANT! Payments for products are not received directly by the sellers. All payments are collected by the platform administrator, who releases the funds to the sellers only after a successful transaction between the seller and the buyer has been completed.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If a customer does not receive the purchased product, the transaction amount will be refunded following a thorough review conducted by our department specialised in resolving such rare cases.
