The buyer may return the item within 48 hours of delivery if it does not match the stated description. Each return is assessed individually, and in the case of a justified claim, we provide a full refund.

The seller is required to ship the item within two business days from the date Vipluxury notifies them of a successful payment being processed and credited to the company's account.
If shipping does not occur within the specified period, the order will be canceled and the buyer will receive a full refund.

Vipluxury acts as a trusted intermediary between the seller and the buyer. Funds are temporarily held in a Vipluxury account after payment and are released to the seller only after the buyer confirms receipt and satisfaction with the product.
This model ensures protection and satisfaction for both parties.
