Authentication:
  • This product has undergone a visual verification process by our team of experts.
  • At Vipluxury, we’ve been ensuring trustworthy purchases since 2017. Our in-house team of specialists carefully inspects each product with a focus on detail and authenticity.
  • An additional verification phase is available, which is optional and subject to a fee. Products that pass this process receive a Vipluxury Certificate of Authenticity. In such cases, we guarantee the originality of the product and offer a full refund if it is later proven to be counterfeit.
Returns:
  • The buyer may return the item within 48 hours of delivery if it does not match the stated description. Each return is assessed individually, and in the case of a justified claim, we provide a full refund.
Shipping:
  • The seller is required to ship the item within two business days from the date Vipluxury notifies them of a successful payment being processed and credited to the company's account.
  • If shipping does not occur within the specified period, the order will be canceled and the buyer will receive a full refund.

  • Vipluxury acts as a trusted intermediary between the seller and the buyer. Funds are temporarily held in a Vipluxury account after payment and are released to the seller only after the buyer confirms receipt and satisfaction with the product.
